Open for over a decade now, Vogue remains one of Istanbul's coolest destinations. The view of the Bosphorous is one of its chief attractions, but far from the only one, its sushi bar is also a big draw. Ditto its impressive 'Book of Wine', comprising some 200 varieties. The bar also offers a wide selection of cigars, if that kind of thing floats your boat, and the restaurant proper, with its menu of international dishes, has deservedly won plaudits. Vogue, as the name implies, is a good-looking space, with no less than three terraces, one for bar patrons, and the other two for those visiting the restaurant. There's a live DJ set every night and the atmosphere is lively but sophisticated. Go on a Thursday night to see the place at its best.
